Mark is a native of New Hampshire, where he continues to reside today.
Mark graduated Summa Cum Laude from American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, as well as a Minor in Economics. Mark's activities and achievements included Class President, Alpha Chi Honor Society, International Peace Award, Political Science Organization, Co-Curricular Awards, Who's Who Among American Colleges and Universities, Golden Key Society, and the Political Science Achievement Award.
In 1995 he earned his Juris Doctor from Western New England College School of Law also in Springfield, Massachusetts. Mark attended the University of Detroit Mercy's "London Law Programme", in London, England, and interned for the international publication, "Offshore Investment Journal." Mark is a member of the American, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Merrimack, and Belknap County Bar Associations. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for New Hampshire and Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States Court of International Trade.
Some of Mark's authored articles include the United States Foreclosure Network (USFN). USFN Reports, "State-by-State", as well as for the National Mortgage Servicers Reference Directory, "New Hampshire Foreclosure Synopsis."
His areas of practice are concentrated in Wills, Trusts, Advance Directives and Powers of Attorney, as well as real estate closings and conveyancing.
Mark's interests outside of the office include outdoor activities such as camping, boating, and travelling with his daughter, as well as his life-long love for animals. His beloved companion Dixon can be found with Mark every day, almost no matter where the location.
